DUPLEX PANDA

Dúplex Panda was conceived as a contemporary and sober architectural proposal, designed to blend naturally into its surroundings. The project opts for a clean and orderly interpretation of volumes, where the horizontal composition provides balance, calm, and a discreet but solid presence.

The architecture interacts directly with the topography of the land, taking advantage of its slope as an essential element of the design. The levels are staggered organically, following the natural descent of the land, allowing the complex to adapt to the landscape rather than imposing itself on it.

This play of levels not only provides visual dynamism, but also enriches the spatial experience, creating smooth transitions between the different environments and promoting views, lighting, and a more intimate relationship with the context.
