The design is based on a series of volumes crowned by sloping metal sheet roofs, creating a dynamic interplay of shapes that brings movement and a well-defined contemporary aesthetic. This composition not only enriches the architectural image, but also reinforces the functionality and modern character of the complex.

Large rectangular windows allow natural light to flow generously into the interior, creating bright, open spaces that maintain a constant relationship with the outside. This visual openness promotes a feeling of spaciousness and continuity between the interior and the surroundings.

The main entrance is enhanced by a vertical volume with a tall window, which marks the entrance with presence and hierarchy, accentuating the perception of verticality and welcome. At night, carefully integrated exterior lighting highlights the lines and volumes of the architecture, providing security, warmth, and an elegant atmosphere that transforms the home after sunset.
